JEREMY INNES
Founder of Kotahi Consulting, Jeremy has provided recruitment services to the infrastructure sector for over 20 years.
Commencing his recruitment career in London in 2004, Jeremy supported a range of projects across Transport for London’s investment program before moving to Brisbane in 2008. He has subsequently specialised within Australia’s infrastructure and energy sector, supporting a range of mega greenfield mine, coal seam gas, renewable energy, and utility developments combined with numerous domestic transport projects.
Jeremy has built a network which would be matched by few. The depth and breadth of this network maintains a point of difference within an increasingly transactional industry. Jeremy stands out for his honesty, professional integrity and the ease in which he builds rapport with stakeholders.
While continuing to deliver hands-on recruitment solutions, Jeremy drives Kotahi’s Advisory business which includes recruitment strategy development, systems and process enhancement, optimisation of marketing channels, benchmarking, retention and in house recruitment for start-up or major periods of growth.

Teti brings extensive experience as a principal consultant in the civil and construction sector, along the east coast of Australia.
